For decades I have loved searching for my family to fill up my family tree. I couldn't get my children interested in their ancesters thinking they were just words on papers, boring! About five years ago I came up with idea to scrapbook my ancesters into a four generation scrapbook hoping to inspire my children. It became my signature craft. Not only have my children enjoyed their books but I have been fortunate enough to teach and help others in finding and scrapbooking their families. This year I've decided to to make a four generation scrapbook of my direct line, yeah! I love using black and white so I've chosen the BoBunny Enchanted line as my printed paper.

I statred my new four generations class in January with the layouts below. Each month I create three two page layouts working through the four generations. One side I kit and teach the second side I print instructions for the students to kit and make. Because we are trying finish four generation in three months I also create and kit another two page layout for sale.

Generations I- Me as a child side 1
Generations I- Me as a child side 2

Generations I- My fathers parents side 2

Generations I- My parents wedding side 1

  2. Millie, I came home after the sampler and painted the hearts and some scalloped circles red. I love the combination of browns and reds. Thanks for inspiring us. I also loved the 3 acts story you told.
